         Specializing in Divorce and Family Law, Ashley prides herself in providing high quality legal advice to her clients in what can be a difficult time in their lives. Ashley grew up in the Southtowns and, at a young age, she wanted to pursue a career in law to help families going through similar experiences when a family is no longer in-tact. It was her aspiration to help children whose parents were in the midst of litigation. Pursuing this passion, Ashley is frequently appointed in both Supreme and Family Court matters to represent the interests of the children. 

         Ashley began working in the legal field in 2013 while studying Legal Studies at Hilbert College and continued working as a Law Clerk for Catherine E. Nagel, Esq. and the late John R. Nuchereno, Esq. throughout her time at SUNY at Buffalo Law School. Upon being admitted to the Bar in 2017, Ashley began practicing divorce and family law with a local firm. 

        With a focus on achieving an amicable resolution, Ashley can explain options for alternative dispute resolution and the benefit of settlement negotiations. This route can save time and money as well as limit possible tension for your family. Alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation, or the exchange of settlement proposals could be an option for your family however, if your matter is on track for litigation, Ashley can guide you through that process as well. 

       Ashley is also well versed in estate planning, estate matters and real estate transactions.
